Therapy for Individuals and Couples

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Therapist based in Florida. I possess a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Social Work, and I have had the privilege of working with a variety of diverse populations. My professional experience includes working children and families, veterans, inpatient mental health units and geriatric populations.
I became a therapist because I’ve always been curious about people (why we do what we do, how we become who we are, and what helps us to heal). I’m fascinated by the human experience - the moments that shapes us, breaks us or lead us to rediscover parts of ourselves we thought were long gone.
My goals for you are to explore who you are, help heal what has wounded you, redefine your identity (on your own terms) and empower you to be the best you can be.
I use an eclectic, person-centered, evidence-based approach, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and Mindfulness. I provide therapy for individual and couples, counseling for anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem, and relationship concerns. When asked, I integrate biblical truths to offer a personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and self-actualization.
You are the expert on you - You lead and I will walk with you.

Beyond my professional pursuits, I am married with four children and four grandchildren. I cherish moments with my family, delight in cooking, savor nature walks, and appreciate attending theatrical performances.
